DANGER
Trailer Tilt Knob
The Trailer Tilt knob is located on the driver’s side of the
upper deck
( See Figure 3-4 .) It is the front knob and has
three positions:

Axle Control Knob
The Axle Control knob ( See Figure 3-4 ) is located on the
control panel. It is the third knob with three positions:

Swingout Outrigger Platform
Extension Set-Up (Option)
1. Unlatch and fold out swing-out outriggers
( See Figure 3-6 .)
2. Unlatch pull-out extension by pulling spring loaded
latch pin. Slide extension out until it latches again.
3. Place planks on outriggers and assemble end to end
using braces, 3/8”-16 x 2-1/4” bolts, washers, and
nuts.
4. Plank joints must be centered on outriggers.
5. To retract pull-out extension, reverse steps 1 thru 3 .
6. Remove only two bolts for each joint
( See Figure 3-6 .) Leave braces attached to boards
for storage.
Always check behind and under the truck and
semitrailer for persons or objects before moving.
Failure to check can lead to serious personal
injury or death to others, or damage to property.
TRAILER TILT KNOB
PUSH IN
In this position, the front end of the
semitrailer rises to the load position.
CENTER
This is the neutral position. The
semitrailer stays in its current position.
PULL OUT
In this position, the front end of the
semitrailer lowers to the transport
position.
AXLE CONTROL KNOB
PUSH IN
In this position, the undercarriage
slides ahead for loading.
CENTER This is the neutral position.
PULL OUT
In this position, the undercarriage
slides back. The undercarriage must be
in the rear-most position for transport.
