13.17 Meter (Fixed) State Register 0 (Register 031)
The meter displays the state in which the meter currently is. Note that these values are stored in the
meter‟s EEPROM and will be maintained even if the meter is powered down:

On start-up, the 30-second and 30-minute trip/lockout modes are reset i.e. if either
of them had been active at the time of powering the meter down, they do not
resume from that state when starting up again.

The meter displays the functions personalised at the time of manufacture. These functions can be
subsequently changed via a token:
