Wing Axle Options
HD Single Suspension Wing Axle

Refer to Figure 4-6:

Not applicable with 

“Independent Suspension Center 

Axle” 

on page 46.

Available in right-hand or left-hand, this HD wing axle 

option is provided with suspension support through the 

springs incorporated into all compatible center axle 

options. The wing axle is solidly built with bigger tubing 

supported by a large gusset, allowing the cutter to 

successfully take on a vast array of field terrains.

Independent Suspension Wing Axle

Refer to Figure 4-7:

Available in right-hand or left-hand, this axle option 

provides independent suspension to the wing. The wing 

attains support through the wing axle’s trailing arm, which 

features a rocker and spring to better handle rough 

terrain. When field terrains are challenging, this wing axle 

option ensures your implement is provided with ample 

suspension support across the full width span of the 

cutter. 

Walking Tandem Wing Axle

Refer to Figure 4-8:

This option requires 6 wheels.
Available in right-hand or left-hand, the walking tandem 

wing axle features a beam on the trailing arm that pivots 

front to back. The beam pivots in the center with a spindle 

in front and a spindle in back of the pivot. This front to 

back axle pivot is great for walking through washouts or 

on/off curbs. 

Parallel Pivot Wing Axle

Refer to Figure 4-9:

This option requires 6 wheels.
Available in right-hand or left-hand, the Parallel Pivot

TM

 

axle features a beam on the trailing arm that pivots side 

to side. The side to side pivoting action spreads the 

weight evenly between the wheels. This axle is great for 

holding slopes while minimizing tire wear.
