Belt Cover and Pulleys Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-3:
1.
Assemble the inner guard (#11) and the guard
reinforcement (#1) to the disc mower with the 3/8” X 1”
long bolts (#4) and flat washers (#6).
2.
Install pulleys (#8) and (#9) as shown and secure with
keys (#2).
3.
Install belt (#10) to pulleys. Pulley (#8) may need to be
adjusted so pulley can be assembled. Refer to “Belt
Tension Adjustment” on page 17.
Support Stand Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-4:
Insert stand into tube on the hitch as shown and secure
with pin and hair pin cotter.
