Carbon filter (supplied separately)
Before attempting to change or fit a carbon filter(s) ensure
power to the cooker hood is switched off.
Carbon filters have a limited life. We advise
changing them when there is a noticeable
drop in performance. The intervals between
changing the filter(s) will depend entirely upon
the amount of cooking done, but on average
will last about 3 months.
Replacement carbon filters may be purchased
from your local Howdens depot or online.
Carbon filters are only required for recirculation mode.
(Illustrations show 2 generic applications,
other installations are similar.)

• To gain access to the carbon filter(s),
first remove the grease filters.
• Remove the old carbon filter(s) by releasing
using the wing nuts.
• Install by reversing the process.
• Refit grease filters.
• Reconnect the power supply.
