ASSEMBLY
BOILER CASINGS
- Wrap the rock wool around the boiler body leaving the bulb well (P) near the flow flanged segment exposed.
- Insert the wire guide in the lower slits of panel (1S) and (2D); then, according to the opening direction of the manhole,
pass through the wires connecting the burner to the control panel.
- Fit the panel (1S), inserting the upper fold into the square tube and the lower fold to the boiler side frame.
- Fit the upper panel (3S) on the boiler and fit on this panel the control panel as illustrated in the picture; uncoil the ther-
mometer and thermostat capillaries and insert the bulbs in the well; connect the control panel to the cables from the
burner.
- Fit panel (1D) and (2D) as indicated under point b); fit panel (3D) ensuring that the capillaries are inserted in the slot
provided in the panel itself. Fix definitely the control panel.
- Fit rear panels (4) connecting them to the boiler side panels by means of the brackets.
- Fit the upper panels secured by screws; close the holes with specials caps (see figure).
- To install the door panel (5) insert the two cylinders (8) and the washers (9) on each pivot (7), then position the panel
itself on the boiler door fastening it with the nut (10) and the other washer (11).
