CARE AND CLEANING

• Turn the thickness dial to ‘0’ to conceal the blade edge for storing.

• Unplug the Electric Slicer before cleaning.

• Clean thoroughly before using for the first time and after every use.

• Check the parts for wear or damage after every few uses.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners, or steel wool.

• Never immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.

• Remove the food pusher and fold out the food

board on the carriage, by tilting it towards you.
Remove any crumbs and wipe clean with a damp
cloth.

• To clean the outer surfaces of the base unit, wipe

with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly before
storing.

• To clean the blade and food pusher, wash in

warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
before storing.

CAUTION:

The blade is extremely sharp, use a brush to clean.

• Store the Electric Slicer with the power cable loosely coiled. Never wrap it tightly

around the product.
