CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
WHAT YOU DO
1. Sieve the plain flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl and mix together.
2. In a separate bowl mix the egg, milk, oil and sugar together.
3. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and combined together.
4. Place 1 tsp of mixture into each cupcake hole and add 5-6 chocolate chips to the top.
5. Plug in and switch on the appliance and cook the chocolate muffins for 10-12 minutes.
6. Once cooked, switch off the appliance and open the lid. Carefully remove the cupcakes
from the appliance and allow to stand to cool.
7. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
