Safety Precautions
Carefully read all the instructions and remove any labels and tags from the
product before using the Pressure Cooker for the first time and keep in a safe
place for future reference.
• Wash the Pressure Cooker lid and pot before first use
• Always follow these safety cautions when using the Pressure Cooker to avoid
personal injury or damage to the appliance.
• This Pressure Cooker should be used only as described in this instruction book.
• Always inspect the Pressure Cooker before use for noticeable signs of damage.
Do not use the Pressure Cooker if it is damaged or has been dropped. In
the event of damage, or if the Pressure Cooker develops a fault contact the
Lakeland customer care team on
015394 88100.
• The Pressure Cooker is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the Pressure Cooker by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should not use this product.
• Do not immerse the Pressure Cooker lid in water or any form of liquid
• For domestic use only.
• The Pressure Cooker should be used for preparation of food as described within
the instructions for use that accompany it.
• Do not cover the Pressure Cooker when in use.
• Do not lift the Pressure Cooker pot using the lid. Always use the handles on the
side of the pot for transporting.
• Never exceed the specified minimum or maximum fill capacity with either liquid
or food content.
• Always make sure there is a minimum of 3/8 litre of liquid irrespective of the
amount of food. Never dry cook any food.
• Do not use the Pressure Cooker in the oven. The cooking pot with the glass lid
may be used in the oven.
