PROGRAMME 10 - SANDWICH

SANDWICH LOAF - Time to make 3 hours

Ingredients  

           Quantity

Egg 

 1

Water 

 

Make up to 180ml with the egg

Oil  

 

1 tablespoon

Salt 

 

1 teaspoon

Strong white bread flour 

 

2 cups (320g)

Caster sugar 

 

1 tablespoon

Milk powder 

 

1 tablespoon

Easy blend yeast 

 

1 teaspoon

WHAT YOU DO

Crack the egg into the measuring cup.

Add the water to the egg making up the quantity to 180ml.

Put the ingredients into the bread pan in the order above.

Close the lid.

Press MENU and select programme 10.

Press COLOUR and select LIGHT, MEDIUM or DARK.

Press START/STOP.

When the Compact Bread Maker beeps 10 times add any additional ingredients.

The programme will continue until the end and will then beep again 10 times to indicate 
that the bread is ready.

Press START/STOP and open the lid.

Remove the loaf from the bread pan and leave to cool.
