Before each use, turn on the plancha and allow it to heat for

Brush the cooking surface with oil.

Important: do not cut foods directly on the cooking
surface as this could leave deep scratches on the surface.

Do not overheat the cooking surface as this could cause
it to turn black and make it difficult to clean.

Remember to empty the drip drawer regularly to prevent
it from overflowing.

Adjust the thermostat to the appropriate temperature for the
type, size and thickness of food you wish to cook and to suit your
cooking preferences.

AFTER USE

To turn off the appliance, turn the thermostat down to the
lowest setting.

Allow the appliance to cool and then unplug the cord.

You may then wrap the cord around the cord winder on the rear
of the appliance for ease of storage.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, we strongly
recommend storing it in a dry place.
