Remove the torso skin
Detach and unpeel the torso skin.
Replace the defibrillation studs
1. Remove the defibrillation studs located on the chest and lower left torso.
2. Mount the new defibrillation studs and washers.
Replace the ECG studs
1. Remove the four ECG studs located on the shoulders and lower torso.
2. Mount the new ECG studs and washers.
Replace the lung tubes
1. Remove the white plug securing the lungs on the chest plate.
2. Remove the pin from the washer.
3. Discard the pin, set the washer aside.
4. Remove the stomach and put it aside without disconnecting the wires.
5. Remove the chest plate and put it aside.
6. Disconnect the lung tubes connecting the airways to the lungs.
7. Connect the new lung tubes to the airways.
8. Place the chest plate on the torso.
9. Insert the lung tubes in their housings on the chest plate and guide them around it.
Notes
• Make sure the tubes are not pinched by the chest plate.
• Make sure the compression spring is correctly positioned.
Replace the lungs
Note
There are two sets of lungs in the kit, use the same ones as those currently installed.
1. Take the new lungs and flatten them on the chest plate.
2. Connect the lung tubes to the lungs.
3. Take a new white pin and the old washer and assemble them.
4. Use the white plug to secure the lungs on the chest plate.
5. Place the stomach back on the torso.
