The external drive cannot be read. The drive’s format is unknown or it has
not been formatted.

Use a short push on the action button to confirm the message.

 
Copy from an SD card or USB device was interrupted. Possible
conditions:

The SD card was removed.
A cable was disconnected.

 

 

A PC/Mac was connected while Rugged BOSS SSD is connected to a
mobile device.

Apply a short push to confirm that you understand that both cannot be
connected at the same time.
