LACAVA

5. Install the 3/8” NPT for 1/2” tube adapter to the

hot and cold supply lines.

6. Tighten the screws to the permanent bracket seat to

attach the faucet to the floor. Make sure the filler is positioned

as desired to face the tub.

7. Slide down the floor escutcheon to cover the connections.

3/8” compression -

1/2” F SWT fitting provided

8. Attach the hose to the hand-held shower head and

tub filler. Check for proper operation and any leaks.
