Overview
The ENDURO 300 Volt Power Supply is a microprocessor-controlled power supply
designed to meet most electrophoresis needs in a single, easy to use unit. The power
supply is capable of running constant voltage / constant current applications
concurrently. This instrument is ideal for DNA/RNA electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, native
PAGE, and second-dimension SDS-PAGE applications. With four sets of output jacks
that can be used simultaneously, the ENDURO 300 Volt Power Supply is designed to
efficiently handle multiple electrophoresis gel tanks and use a small amount of lab space.
The ENDURO 300 Volt Power Supply offers two modes, Constant Voltage or Constant
Current Mode. This manual describes the setup and operation of the ENDURO 300 Volt
Power Supply including important information on safety and maintenance of the unit.
