The recommended cleaning method for the cassettes is a mild non-akaline detergent.
For decontamination of internal part of the cassettes, Labnet recommends using
Ultrasonic Cleaning Units (it is very effective for destroying DNA-autoclaving doesn’t
effectively destroy DNA)
The cassettes are not resistant to alkaline detergents, or acids.
