SEMI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

(EVERY 1000 HOURS)

The following procedure should only be performed by a Qualified Service
Technician.

Disconnect the power from the machine before you perform the
following procedures or you may be injured by the moving drive
belts and pulleys, or receive an electric shock.

1. Clean inside and outside machine enclosure, using an industrial vacuum cleaner.

NOTE:

Using air pressure from the shop air supply to blow off dust, etc., can create more

problems than it solves. There is a good possibility that this air will contain

water and emulsified oil. If you must use compressed air, be sure that it is

adequately filtered and regulated to low pressure and remove the electronic

module.

2. Perform the procedures listed in the Monthly Maintenance Section.
