8. Trouble shooting
Problem Possible cause Corrective action
Suction capacity is low or
the device does not aspire -Low motor speed selected
-Valve could be blocked
-Filter is dirty or wet
-Battery defective or too low
-Pipette holder is damaged
-Sterile nose cone not tightly
screwed
-Increase motor speed
-Clean the valve by rinsing. Dry it
before installing. If the valve has
been displaced, try to set it in the
right position.
-Replace filter
-Charge batteries or replace them
-Replace it
-Tighten the nose cone
Pipette drips -Pipette not securely positioned
in the silicon pipette holder
-Attach again firmly
