MAKING ESPRESSO
Warning: the coffee emerges from the spout of the
portafi lter at a temperature of 75-85°C exercise
care to avoid being scalded or burned.
•
The special pressurized fi lter holder ensures the preparation
of a good and creamy genuine espresso coffee.
• Insert the fi lter holder

and turn it from left to right until it locks, in order
to pre-heat it. Leave the fi lter holder handle

• The handle will now automatically turn slightly back to the
left. This little movement ensures the perfect operation of
the fi lter holder, for a long time.
• Check the water level in the tank

ground coffee according to the number of coffees to be

• The quantity and pressing of the coffee powder directly
affect the quality and fl avour of the espresso.
• Slightly press the coffee with the measuring spoon

• Put two pre-heated cups under the fi lter holder.
• Push the coffee switch

. When the required amount of
coffee has run into the cups, turn the coffee switch off.
• After having made coffee, remove the fi lter holder and
empty the coffee grounds. Then, rinse the fi lterholder under
running water.
