IMPORTANT - Remove any packaging before use, but retain the safety instructions and store them with this
product. Please refer to diagram A on page 4 when following the instructions below.
ASSEMBLY
STEP 1 - Fix the tube (4) to the base (6) using 3x bolts (B).
STEP 2 - Place the pole cover (3) over the tube (4).
STEP 3 - Feed the power cable (7); female plug first, up through the hole in the base (6) and through the bottom
of the tube (4) then connect the female end to the male end of the cable attached to the head of the
unit (1). Encase the connected plugs inside the plastic housing (2). Please refer to diagram A, figure 2.
STEP 4 - Push the head of the heater (1) onto the top of the tube (4) aligning the holes on the heater head (1)
with the holes on the top of the tube (4). Once the holes are aligned, secure the heater head into
position using 2x screws (A).
STEP 5 - Fix the power cable (7) to the base (6) by positioning the cable in the recessed notch on the underside
of the base (6). To do this, remove the top plastic fitting (5) at the centre of the base (6) by unscrewing
2x nuts (C). Remove the plastic fitting (6) and lay the cable over the top of the second plastic fitting (5).
Replace the first plastic fitting (5) and secure by screwing on the 2x nuts (C). Repeat this process with
the single plastic fitting (5) on the outer edge of the base (6). Please refer to diagram A, figure 3.
The heater is now ready to use. Please see operation instructions. Ensure you have read these
instructions thoroughly prior to use.
