IMPORTANT -
Remove any packaging before use, but retain the safety instructions and store them with this
product.
ASSEMBLY
STEP 1 -
Attach trolley bracket (12) to wheel trolley section (13) and trolley section (14) using 4 screws (A) each
side - total 8 screws.
STEP 2 -
Attach trolley shelf (15) to wheel trolley section (13) using 4 screws (A). Attach trolley shelf (15) to trolley
section (14) using 4 screws (A).
STEP 3 -
Feed wheel axle (16) through holes in wheel trolley section (13) and attach wheels (17) securing with
one nut (B) per wheel. Cover nut with wheel cap (D).
STEP 4 -
Attach body (3) to wheel trolley section (13) and trolley section (14) using 4 screws (A) and washers (E).
STEP 5 -
Attach lower door with baffle (5) to body (3) using 1 x hinge bar (8). Secure using 2 x split pin (C).
STEP 6 -
Attach upper door (4) to body (3) using 1 x hinge bar (8). Secure using 2 x split pin (C).
STEP 7 -
Attach chimney (2) to body (3) using 3 screws (A).
STEP 8 -
Attach chimney cap (1) to chimney (2) using 3 screws (A).
STEP 9 -
Attach handle (7) to body (3) using preassembled nuts, bolts and washers.
STEP 10 -
Place 2-part fuel grate (9) on the ledge in the lower oven.
STEP 11 -
Place 2-part cooking grill (6) on the ledge in the upper oven, adding the pizza stone (11) if required.
STEP 12 -
Slide in the ash drawer (10) between the body (3) and the trolley sections (13 and 14).
The Pizza Oven / Smoker is now ready to use but please ensure you have read these instructions
thoroughly prior to use.

A large fire can damage or shorten
the life of the unit.

The unit is manufactured with high
temperature paint. However, due to the
nature of steel, some rusting can occur. This
is not a cause for concern and will not affect
the performance of your pizza oven.

while the fire is burning.
