Fan Ovens
Fan ovens circulate hot air continuously, which means
faster, more even cooking. The recommended cooking
temperatures for a fan oven are generally lower than those
for a non-fan oven.
Operating the Ovens
Multi-function Oven
The multi-function oven has two controls: a function control
and a temperature control (
Fig. 2.12
).
Turn the function control to a cooking function. Turn the oven
temperature knob to the temperature required (

).
The oven indicator light will glow until the oven has reached
the temperature you selected (
Fig. 2.13
). It will then cycle on
and off during cooking as the oven maintains the selected
temperature.
Fan Oven
Turn the oven knob to the desired temperature (
