STEP 5: Base assembly
Lay first side assembly (A) on edge. Align pilot
holes in edge of bottom shelf (B) with predrilled
holes in uprights of side assembly (A). Secure by
threading two 1 1/4" #8 wood screws through holes
in side assembly (A) and into pilot holes in end of
bottom shelf (B). Do not fully tighten screws at this
time.
STEP 6: Base assembly
Repeat Step 5 to attach second side assembly (A) to
bottom shelf (B). Set aside.
In further steps, this will be referred to as 'base
assembly (AB).'
STEP 7: Center assembly
Lay first center side assembly (C) on edge. Align
pilot holes in end of fixed shelf (D) with predrilled
holes in center side assembly (C). Ensure that
drawer guide faces fixed shelf. Secure with two 1
1/4" #8 screws.
Tighten securely.
STEP 8
Repeat Step 7 to attach second center side assembly
(C) to fixed shelf (D). Tighten screws securely.
This assembly will be referred to in subsequent steps
as 'center assembly (CD).'
