STEP 9
Attach Door pulls by placing pulls through decorative
plates, then through door, securing with 5/8” pan
screws.
STEP 10
Slide back panel (C) into place in groove in bottom
assembly. Add shelf (D) to cabinet assembly by
aligning groove in underside of shelf over back panel
(C). Attach ONLY THE BACK EDGE of shelf (D) to
side assemblies (A) using one 1 1/4" #8 screw on each
side. This will enable you to pivot the shelf to install
the doors.
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE SCREWS.
We found it helpful to use one door to hold the shelf in
place as shown to right.
STEP 11
Insert one 1/8" x 1" steel hinge pin into predrilled hole
in top edge of each door. Pivot shelf (D) upward and
position left door so that predrilled hole in bottom edge
of Door (E) engages hinge pin and washers in left front
corner of floor assembly (B) installed in STEP 7.
Align hinge pins in top edge of door with predrilled
hole in underside of shelf (D). Drop shelf down to trap
door in place.
