T he position for mounting the engine depends on the
model itself. F ollow the modelÕs instruction ma-nual
to mount the engine.
Adjust the needle valve as shown below. T he throttle
valve adjustment screw is pre-set to standard position.

●エンジン始動とならし運転（ブレークイン）
下記の手順を参考にエンジン始動とならし運転を進め
てください。
1.
ニードルバルブとスロットルバルブ調整が標準位置で
あることを確認してください。
2.
燃料タンクに燃料を

分目位入れます。スロットルを全
開（ハイ）にし、チョーク（エンジン内にごく少量の燃
料を入れること：京商製燃料タンクのチョークボタン
を
1
〜
2
回押す程度）を行ない、スロットルを閉じます。
（タンク内にゴミなどがないか、よく確認してから燃
料を入れてください。）
3.
グロープラグにブースターコード又は、ワンタッチプ
ラグヒートを使って通電（赤熱）させます。

Adjust so neither the engine will stall nor the car start off.
Adjustments 1 and 2 may slighty vary according to the
glow plug and glow fuel used.

P roceed as follows:
1. Make sure the needle valve and throttle valve adjust--
ment screw
are set to standard positions (see ~
in the previous chapter!).
2. F ill the fuel tank to about 80%. Apply full throttle,
prime the engine (send only a little amount of fuel into
the carburetor by pushing the choke button 1 ~ 2 times),
then close the throttle.
(On this occasion, ensure no dirt enters the tank and
clogs the fuel line!)
3. Attach the glow plug heater or one-touch plug heater
to the glow plug and electrify it.
エンジンの搭載方法は、各キットによって位置が異なる
ため、必ずキットの説明書に従ってエンジン搭載を行っ
てください。
ニードルバルブを下図のように調整します。スロッ
トルバルブ調整ネジは、出荷時に標準位置で調整し
てあります。

バルブ以外に直接さわらない。
ヤケドの原因になります。

スロットルのスローの位置は、
出荷時に調整してあります。
このビスをゆるめるとすきま
が狭くなり、スロー時の回転
が下がります。ビスを締める
と回転が上がります。エンジンが止まらず、かつ、車が走り
ださない位置にしてください。
