Change motor when model ascends weakly, or makes a strange noise.

Change if rudder control becomes unstable. If flight is continued without
changing, tail control will be lost and the model will spin around.

If main rotor tracking is off line, Tail Motor durability is affected.
Adjust tracking properly when flying.
