Three-phase 3-Wire 200 V (delta connection, L2(S) grounded)

Clamp the grounded L2(S) with the test voltage injection clamp and 

connect the black voltage detection cable to L2(S) and red voltage 

detection  cable  to  a  hot/live  wire:  either  L1(R)  or  L3(T)  correctly. 

Then you can test any 3P outlets which are connected to L1(R) or 

L3(T).
