FREQ Setting
It is a category to set the common frequency used in the system where the relay
is used.
There are two categories, 50Hz and 60Hz, and for cable using 60Hz, select 60Hz.

G_PT_RAT Setting
It is a category to set the 1st voltage ratio on Phase side. It can be set in 0.1
units from 0.1 to 3200.0. For example, if using voltage of ground side as
6600:190, set 34.7 in G_PT_RAT setting.

P_CT_RAT Setting
It is a category to set the 1st CT ratio on Phase side. It can be set in 5 units
from 5 to 10000. This relay is designed for CT 2nd rated to be 5A, so CT with
5A 2nd must be selected when selecting CT. For example, if using CT of Phase
side as 1000:5, set 1000 in P_CT_RAT setting.
