Inspection of Terminal Relay_002
Inspection of Relay (G6B-2114P-US)
The relay can be determined to be good or
faulty by measuring its coil resistance and
continuity.
Remove relay (G6B-2114P-US) from the
terminal relay.
Use a circuit tester to check the resistance
value between relay terminals 1 and 8.
Note:
Coil resistance 480 Ω

Check that the continuity of the relay
terminals are in the following condition.
Terminals 5-6: continuity
Terminals 3-4: no continuity

Important
This relay has a specific polarity.
When connecting the battery, always connect
positive (+) to terminal 8.
Check that the continuity is in the following
condition when applying battery voltage
between relay terminals 1 and 8.
Terminals 5-6: no continuity
Terminals 3-4: continuity

Electromagnetic Check Valve
The electromagnetic check valve is located on
cylinders #4 and #5.
It operates the solenoid valve with the signal of
the proximity switch and stops the cylinder-up
hydraulic route in the working position.

Inspection of Solenoid
Disconnect the solenoid connectors.
The normal resistance between the
connector terminals of the solenoid is about
9.8 Ω.
