7 INSTALLING NETWORK FAX UTILITIES

When the equipment is automatically found in the network, the [Devices on Network] is
selected and the devices found are displayed in the list. Select the equipment that you
want to connect and click [OK].

The installation starts.

y

Finding devices may take long depending on your OS or network environment.

y

If the following message appears, click [Install this driver software anyway] to proceed with the installation.

When the equipment is not automatically found in the network, the [Message] dialog box appears. In that case,
follow the procedure below to select the network queue manually.

On the [Message] dialog box that appears, click [Continue].
