Checking/clearing counts by optional devices
Description

Displays or clears the counts of optional DP.

Purpose

To check the use of optional DP. Also to clear the counts after replacing consumable parts.

Method

1. Press the start key.

Clearing

1. Select the item to be cleared.

To clear the counts for all, select ALL CLEAR.

2. Press the start key. The count is cleared.

Completion

Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

To check the total counter value.

Method

Clears the accumulated black ratio data for A4 sheet.

Purpose

To clear data as required at times such as during maintenance service.

Description
