1. Defective connector

cable or poor con-
tact in the connector.

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
DP switchback solenoid and DP drive PWB (YC5)
DP drive PWB (YC8) and main PWB (YC1005)

2. Defective solenoid.

Replace the DP switchback solenoid.

3. Defective PWB.

Replace the DP drive PWB or main PWB and check for
correct operation (see page 1-5-48).
