(3) Correcting a paper jam

If a paper jam occurs in the duplexer, remove the jammed paper as described below. After you have removed the jammed
paper, open and close the printer’s top cover to clear the error message from the message display.

Jam in the rear cover

1. Open the rear cover of the duplexer and remove the jammed paper.
