3．取り扱い上の注意 HANDLING NOTES
3.1 基板搭載について MOUNTING ON THE BOARD
基板搭載は基本的に実装機にて行って下さい。補修などで手はんだを行う場合は、コンタクトテール
に触れないよう御願い致します。
本製品はアクチュエータ可動と連動しコンタクトが変位する構造であります。従って、アクチュエータ挿
入状態で加熱した場合、コンタクトの変形が発生します。従いましてリフロー槽投入または手はんだ実
装の際はアクチュエータ開放状態での実施をお願いします。また実装後に於ける FPC 未挿入状態での
アクチュエータの操作は極力行わないよう、お願いいたします。
Basically connectors shall be mounted by the mounting machine. In case of the manual mounting,
do not to touch contact tails.
It is the structure of this product that contacts move with the movement of the actuator.
If the connector is heated when the actuator is closed, therefore, the contact will be deformed.
Consequently the actuator is should be opened when connector is in the reflow oven or when it is hand
soldered.
After they are mounted, it should be avoided as much as possible to move the actuator without an FPC
inserted.
3.2 FPC の挿入方法について INSERTION AND EXTRACTION OF FPC
（1）FPC を下図のように垂直に挿入して下さい。
FPC は、コネクタのカードスロットに突き当たるまでしっかりと挿入して下さい。
また本製品は仮保持機構を有している為、FPC 挿入時には抵抗が有ります。
Insert FPC vertically as shown below.
Insert the FPC and push it until it hits the card slot of connector.
As the connector has the temporary retaining system, some stress is felt when inserting the FPC.
