Safety information
CAUTION! This smoker oven gets very hot and must not be moved while it is being
used! Do not use in enclosed rooms!
WARNING! Do not use spirit (ethanol) or gasoline for lighting or relighting! Use
only commercially available firelighters in compliance with DIN-EN 1860-3!
CAUTION! Keep children and pets away.
• While using the smoker oven, wear grill gloves (heat protection class II, DIN-
EN 407) or use suitable grill tongs!
• Operate the smoker oven only with smoker chips in compliance with DIN-EN
1860-2.
• Let the smoker oven cool down completely before cleaning! Otherwise,
deflagration (flashes) and uncontrollable heat may be generated and cause burns!
This smoker oven must stand on stable and level ground during operation!
Never use water to extinguish the smoker chips!
• Do not use the device in roofed areas or in closed rooms! Do not leave the hot
smoker oven unattended!
• Do not place the smoker oven near entrances and frequently visited areas.
• While using the smoker oven, do not wear clothing with wide sleeves!
• Do not allow children to play with packaging films! Risk of suffocation!
• Do not use paint solvents or thinners to clean the device!
• Carbon monoxide is formed when smoker chips are burned. This gas is
dangerous and in closed rooms can cause poisoning!
• Do not operate the smoker oven during storms and heavy rain!
• The capacity of the smoker-chip container is 1 kg.
