PUSHING AND TRANSPORTING THE WHEELCHAIR

1. Please carefully read the safety information in
section 3 related to transportation first.
2. Pushing the wheelchair :
In order to push the wheelchair, you must place the
wheelchair in
“freewheel” mode , which disengages the
drive motor.
The levers are located at the bottom of the rear section of
the wheelchair, attached to the motors.
WARNING!
When the levers are operated in freewheel mode:
•
The wheelchair must be on a flat surface.
•
Do not sit on the wheelchair .
To push the wheelchair:
=Freewheel Mode: (Motor is disengaged.)
1. Switch the power off.
2. Operate the 2 levers as far as the stop (see diagram).
3. Push the wheelchair to your desired location.
4. Operate the 2 levers as far as the stop (see diagram).
=Driving Mode:(Motor is engaged.)
1. Always switch the wheelchair off to push it.
2. Do not push the wheelchair too fast. If a
