Chapter 2 : PVR-TV 713X Utilities And Drivers Setup
PVR-TV 713X PCI TV card comes with complete Windows software utilities. These utilities and drivers
can be found on the CD included in the package. During installation, it is highly recommended to disable
any sub-programs. These include applications such as antivirus software and system monitoring applications.
1.
Once you finish the hardware installation, restart your
system. “Windows Found New Hardware Wizard” will
pop up. Please click
“
Cancel
”
and run the utilities setup
included in the CD.

Insert the installation CD into the CD ROM drive. The
auto run page will appear as the one of the left, please
select “
Driver Install
”.

The InstallShield of “Driver Install” will help you to
install all the drivers and utilities. First, it will install the
TV remote control on your system. Click “
Next
” to
continue.
4.
Then the InstallShield of “Driver Install” will help you
install the TV card driver automatically. Click “
Next
” to
install PVR-TV 713X WDM drivers.
