Long Hauler Pack Belt
The lightweight Long Hauler Pack Belt is designed for you to wear when Ski-joring or running Canicross.
Pack Belt Fitting
To fit, start by releasing the leg straps (C) using the grey side release buckles (D) located on the front
of the harness.
Place the pack around your hips just below your waist, the pack’s main pocket should sit in the center
of your lower back, and the red quick release strap (E) should be in front. Attach the waist buckle and
then adjust the straps on either side of the buckle, pulling on the straps to make them tighter or
release some of the strap to make it looser. Any extra webbing that remains after you have adjusted
can be rolled up and secured using the red hook and loop material at the end of the webbing.
With the waist adjusted, reach between your legs and grab the leg harness straps, attach them to
the grey side release buckles (D). The leg straps can be tightened or loosened using the red
slide buckles (A) located on the back of the pack. The pack with the legs straps attached should be
used while ski-joring.
For canicross you may find it more comfortable to remove the leg straps completely. To do this, release
the leg straps using the grey side release buckles (D) and then fully remove the leg straps by sliding
the red slide buckles (A,B) off the pack. The leg straps can be stored in any of the extra storage
pockets on the pack.
The Pack Belt should NOT be used for bike-joring.
