Open the front door of the device. 

Please hold the bottom of the front door and lift it 

up. Then the door will be slide up on the device.

Put the collection holder into the device. 

 

Note:        The collection holder need to be set   

into the holder guide (under). 

 

 

 

 

During the heating block is hot (about 50 ° C), please be careful of getting burn due 

to touch on the heating block. 

Be careful not to hit your head against the front door when setting the   

holder to the equipment.

Put the Reagent holder into the device. 

 

Note:  The  cartridges  should  be  set  at  the  front 

side of the device.

Lock the reagent holder by four stoppers (front
