3.6 Operations to Stop Extraction Process
To stop the extraction operation, perform the following procedures:
（ 1 ） Press the [STOP] button, or open the front cover.
The LCD displays a message as follows:
If the [STOP] button is pressed: "START SW
→
RESTART"
If the front cover is opened: "COVER OPEN"

In the case when the front cover is opened, close the front cover.

When the LCD displays "START SW

RESTART", press the [RESET] button
(not the [START] button) to stop the process.
The mid-process extraction results will be displayed on the LCD.

3.7 Quick Guide
When performing an extraction operation, check and follow the following:
• Execute discharge first
Please execute discharge first.
This operation discharges the old wash buffer, elution buffer, and air remaining in the tubes,
and refills new wash buffer and elution buffer.
After the discharge operation, dispose of the liquid collected in the Discharge Tray.
