Maintenance and storage

The pitch angle adjustment handle and its pivot pin.

The rotor hubs.

Central gearbox

Replace grease after having carried out repair work
From the working position:

- Remove 4 bolts (1).
- Remove cover (2).
- Check the main gearbox oil content. Top up if

necessary.

- Install cover (2).
- Reinstall the 4 bolts (1).

• Torque: 3 daN m (22 lbf ft).

The central gearbox is lubricated with 0.8 kg
(1.76 lb) kg of SHELL multi-purpose grease
grade NLGI2.
