7.11 Disc stop standstill / pause

If this function is active (YES), the spreading disc stands still when pressing Standstill /
Pause. Only when pressing run-up / start, it will move again.
If this function is inactive (NO), the spreading disc continues to turn during standstill /
pause.
The conveyor screws stand still in any case.
