Service and maintenance
Many of this oven parts are made of stainless steel, guaranteeing you ideal
hygienic condition of the Küchenbach oven provided you maintain the
device properly.
To prevent the damage to the operating parts of the oven, do not use water
jets for cleaning.
Clean the outside surface of the oven with a soft cloth. Use only detergents
specifically designed for plastic and stainless steel cleaning. Do not use
harsh detergents or abrasives.
Never use abrasives or sharp objects!
After cooking clean the inside surface of the oven with a soft cloth. Use only
special detergents designed to clean the stainless steel parts.
Check the detergent is specifically designed for using with food processing
equipment stainless steel parts!
Follow the instructions provided with detergents.
Do not let water seep into the openings of the oven. If it happed, dry with a
soft cloth and vent thoroughly.
Technical maintenance.
The oven does not normally need any special maintenance measures to
keep operating.
To prolong the oven life should check it up from time to time. The check-up
interval depends on the oven exploitation intensity. Anyway, even if the
oven is used but occasionally, we recommend checking it up at least every
3 months.
This appliance should be serviced only by qualified service personnel.
Contact the nearest Küchenbach authorized service facility for maintenance.
Problem
1. Using your
microwave causes
TV or radio
interference
1. Clean the door glass to increase shield
efficiency.
2. Move your microwave further away from
other appliances.
3. Have a qualified technician to set the TV
antenna properly to suppress noise.
2. When power is on
neither the oven’s
display nor the oven
operate.
Display goes off at
operating time.
Check the plug and outlet.
Replace any blown fuse.
Plug another appliance into the outlet; if the
other appliance doesn’t work, have a qualified
electrician repair the outlet.
3. Door glass become
misted. There is a
steam escapes from
the vent opening.
Do not worry it is normal. If the food is overdried
a little decrease a cooking time or microwave
(grill) power.
4. Microwave oven
started without any
food in it.
If the oven operates empty for a short time it will
not any damage for it and it is not harmful for
you. If you forgot to place the food in the oven
perform the following operations:
Set the timer at «0» position.
Place the food in the oven.
Select the desired program and then set an
appropriate cooking time.
