MAINTENANCE WORK ON CHASSIS AND ENGINE

Move the brake fluid reservoir mounted on the handlebar to a horizontal position.

–

Remove screws



–

Remove cover



with membrane



–

Press the brake caliper onto the brake disc by hand in order to push back the brake pis-
tons. Make sure that no brake fluid escapes from the brake fluid reservoir. If it does,
clean it up.

Info

Make sure when pushing back the brake pistons that you do not press the brake
caliper against the spokes.

Remove the safety clip



, knock the pin



out to the right, and remove the brake lin-

ings.
