Preparatory work

Check the rubber grip. (

Main work
–
Secure the rubber grip at two locations with the retaining wire.
Securing wire (54812016000)
Wire twister forceps (U6907854)
The twisted wire ends face away from the palms and are bent in toward the
rubber grip.

Adjusting basic position of clutch lever

Adjust the basic position of the clutch lever to the size of the rider's hand using
adjusting screw
.
Info
Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to increase the distance between the
clutch lever and the handlebar.
Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to decrease the distance between
the clutch lever and the handlebar.
The range of adjustment is limited.
Turn the adjusting screw by hand only, and do not apply any force.
Do not make any adjustments while riding!

Checking the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch

The fluid level rises with increasing wear of the clutch facing discs.
