CHARGING
Connect the headphones to AC charger or a compatible USB port. Red LED will
be on during charging. Once the charging is completed, the LED turns blue.
Note:
• use only original accessories to charge the headphones.
• charge the headphones at least once every 3 months to keep its battery
in good condition, even if not used.
• the headphone’s battery must be charged in order to use them in
Bluetooth mode. However, when using in AUX mode, the headphones
will work even if the battery is empty.
• When the battery is low, a sound signal will be heard in the headphone
at 5-minutes intervals.
• Battery capacity status: when headphone is connected to Android/iOS
devices, the external device shows the headphone battery power status.
IMpORTANT: the function may not be compatible with very device,
due to different OS versions. producer does not guarantee function’s
compatibility with every Android and iOS device.
TROUBLESHOOTING

• If connected to a computer port for charging,
make sure the computer is ON and the USB port
is powered
• Confirm that computer is not in power-saving
mode
• Confirm that micro USB cable is properly
connected to both the headphone and
computer/charger
• Make sure the headphones and the external
device are within 1 meter from one another,
and both have Bluetooth function on
