Problem
Cause
Solution
There is no interior
light on in the
refrigeration unit.
Light switch is in OFF position.
Flip switch to ON.
LED board is inoperable.
Contact your dealer.
Refrigeration unit is
running noisy.
Soft sounds from compressor, fan motor
& valves.
Normal operation.
Refrigeration unit is
not running correctly.
No power is getting to the unit.
GFI is tripped or the circuit breaker is tripped.
Reset the circuit breaker.
The compartments are
warmer than usual in
the refrigeration unit.
Control preset is not set properly.
Reset preset temperature if necessary
Condenser is dirty or obstructed.
Clean condenser and clear obstruction.
Door has been left open for an extended
period of time.
Wait 24 hours and recheck temperature.
Internal louvers and/or fan guard obstructed.
Ensure louvers and/or fan is not obstructed.
Warm product was placed in the unit.
Remove warm product and wait 24 hours.
Refrigeration system
runs for long period
of time.
Condenser is dirty or obstructed.
Clean condenser and clear obstruction.
Door has been left open for an extended
period of time.
Wait 24 hours and recheck temperature.
