PAIRING ADDITIONAL TRANSMITTERS & CHIMES
If the Sidekick receiver & Wireless Push Button Doorbell transmitter are
purchased as a kit (K-DBKIT360), they come paired and ready for use.
Step 1: Insert the included battery into the
Wireless Push Button Doorbell Transmitter.
Step 2: Plug the Sidekick receiver into a
standard wall outlet.
Step 3: Press and hold the • Program button
for three seconds. A red LED light will blink
indicating the unit is in pairing mode. If the
light is solid, this means there are already
two (2) Transmitters paired and you must
clear the transmitters paired and you will
need to clear the transmitter memory
from the receiver (see instructions below).
Step 4: Press the Chime

button to
scroll through available chimes. Once you
hear a chime you prefer, do not press any
buttons the melody is set for the Wireless
Push Button Doorbell Transmitter.
Step 5: Once the chime is selected, trigger
the transmitter by pressing the push button. If you
are pairing a different type of transmitter, trigger
that transmitter by following the instructions
provided for that transmitter.
Step 6: If successful, the receiver will generate a
short tone. Press the Program button again to exit
programming mode. The unit is now ready to use.

CHANGING THE CHIME
Step 1: Press and hold the • Program button for three (3) seconds to
enter pairing mode.
Step 2: Press the • Program button to scroll between two transmitters.
Step 3: Press the Chime

button until you have found your desired
melody.
Step 4: Press the Wireless Push Button Doorbell to trigger the
transmitter.
Step 5: Once you hear two short tones, press the
• Program button
to lock the melody and exit.
CLEARING TRANSMITTER MEMORY FROM RECEIVERS
The LookOut™ Sidekick receiver can pair with two (2) transmitters at a
time. If you need to replace or change the type of transmitter
notification, you must delete all memory from the Sidekick receiver by
following the instructions below:
Step 1: Press and hold the • Program button for three (3) seconds to
enter pairing mode.
Step 2: Press and hold the • Program button and Chime

together for three (3) seconds to delete the memory.
Step 3: The Sidekick receiver will generate a beep tone to
indicate all transmitters in memory are now deleted.
Step 4: The pairing indicator LED will flash red to indicate a
successful delete.
Step 5: You are now ready to pair a new transmitter to the
Sidekick receiver.
TRANSMITTER BATTERY LOW
When the indicator lights flash constantly on the Wireless Push Button
Doorbell transmitter and the Sidekick receiver after being triggered, this
indicates this transmitter is battery low. Please replace the battery as soon
as possible.

Follow the included instructions to program additional push buttons
or transmitters to add more doors and/or more rooms.

the mains completely, the mains plug should be disconnected from the
mains socket outlet completely.
