Assembly and disassembly of the knife and rotor
For cleaning or replacement the
rotor of the EMA-bar or the blade
of
the mixer
bar
can
be
unscrewed.
To do this, first remove the EMA
bar or the mixer bar from the
motor block.
For this purpose, the tool set
(8)
is composed out of a key
(9)
and
a counter bracket
(10)
.
Insert first the counter bracket
(10)
in the clutch cage. Then
insert the key
(9)
on the rotor or
the knife. In a counter-clockwise
direction
and
simultaneous
counter-holding the rotor or blade
can be unscrewing.
