You have the right to file a complaint about the product for three years after purchase. It is
important that you contact us immediately in the event of any problem arising, such that we

even if the period with right of complaint has expired. In this case, feel free to contact us
and make your opinion known.
Contact the Kronan Customer Service Desk and we will send you a Complaint Form.
The form can also be downloaded from our website.
Complete the form carefully.
Always attach a copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Post the completed Complaint Form to us, or send it by e-mail.
As soon as we have received the form, we will contact you and make sure that you
receive the best possible help.
